Popularized by Horace Fletcher, the Mega-Bite diet is about eating slow. This is accomplished by chewing the food until it becomes liquid, and goes down your throat by itself.
5. Separate the ingredients
This diet lasts for 90 days, and is quite difficult to accomplish. On one day, you can eat only proteins, the next day only carbohydrates, on the third day, a third element, and so on. This kind of separation helps the stomach to digest faster.
4. Caveman diet
You are allowed to eat the same things that our ancestors ate ages before. This diet includes a lot of raw foods, vegetables, fruits, sometimes even raw meat.
