Healthy foods are not always popular. Nonetheless, they can really taste great with little trouble. If you are having difficulty forcing down fruit instead of fruit-flavored creamsicles, then consider using this information to give yourself a little extra motivation.

Oranges and other types of citrus
There is a lot of vitamin C in all citrus. If you want to literally seal up the wrinkles and cracks in your skin, you should use a product containing vitamin C. Topical vitamin C is popular in anti-aging products. But you must be able to heal from within too and if you eat oranges you will get a huge dose of vitamin C.

Walnuts
Walnuts have heavy amounts of antioxidants. Which can make them great suppliers of cancer fighting compounds. They not only interfere with skin cancer development, but they also fight discoloration and other environmental weathering.

Green tea
Green tea is also a wonderful source for antioxidants.

Almonds
Almonds and almond oil are also loaded with vitamin E. If you apply vitamin E topically then it will lighten scars and stretch marks. It can also diminish existing age spots. Taken internally vitamin E will actually help to prevent age spots from forming.

(Note: if you are having surgery anytime soon, you should as your doctor what is the correct amount of vitamin E for your diet. Some people find that they bleed more when they take extra vitamin E so you might want to cease any supplement during this time.)
